This policy explains the cookies and browser storage used on bncw.in. It should be read with our Privacy Notice.
What the website uses
Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4 when a page opens. Tag Manager itself does not set the analytics cookies listed below; the Google Analytics tag that it controls does. Analytics starts automatically unless it is blocked by your browser, extension, network settings, or other controls.

Google may refresh the expiry when you revisit. Browser limits can shorten these periods. Google documents these defaults in its GA4 cookie guide.
We also use sessionStorage, which is browser storage rather than a cookie, to remember the most recent BNCW service page that sent you to the contact page. The key is bncw:lead_source; it contains the service identifier, source path, and a timestamp, and is removed when the browser session ends. It helps us attribute a later contact-page visit to the relevant service page.
The bncw:lead_attribution local-storage key keeps the first referring page and campaign parameters plus up to 20 recent BNCW page paths and visit times. It expires for use after 90 days and is discarded on the next visit; it is sent to us only when you submit the contact form. When available, the form also includes the client and session identifiers from the Google Analytics cookies listed above; it does not send the form contents to Google Analytics.
Cloudflare may set a short-lived, strictly necessary cookie if it presents a security challenge. Such a cookie is used to establish that the request is legitimate, not for BNCW advertising or audience measurement.
We do not currently use advertising, personalisation, session-replay, or person-level visitor-identification cookies on this website.
Why we use analytics cookies
The analytics cookies let us count users and sessions, understand which pages and campaigns are useful, and improve the website. Google Analytics also receives browser and device information, approximate location, referrer, page paths, and interaction events. We do not send contact-form contents or direct contact details to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics event-level and user-level data is configured to be retained for 14 months. See the Google Analytics Terms, Google Ads Data Processing Terms, and Google Privacy Policy.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking Google Analytics cookies does not prevent you from reading the site or using the contact form, but it reduces the accuracy of our measurement. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
The website does not currently respond to the browser's Do Not Track signal because browsers and analytics providers do not apply that signal consistently. Cookie blocking and the Google opt-out tool are the available technical controls.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy before adding a materially different analytics or tracking service. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
